Von der Leyen: Cyprus's Security is EU's Security, Solution for Ukraine Loan Forthcoming

Ursula von der Leyen stated after the European Council that Cyprus has been disproportionately affected by the war and praised President Nikos Christodoulides, adding that the EU will find a solution for the loan to Ukraine.
