Beskæftigelses-, integrations- og erhvervsborgmester Andreas Keil (S) indrømmer, at de hidtidige indsatser mod social kontrol »tydeligvis ikke« har været gode nok. Nu kræver han obligatorisk undervisning og mere fokus på forebyggelse.
