Ireland Faces Skills Shortages Hindering €24bn Transport Infrastructure Projects

The National Transport Authority in Ireland has warned that skills shortages and other barriers are impeding the delivery of €24 billion in transport infrastructure, with productivity lagging behind Celtic Tiger levels.
