Who is Anuj Agnihotri, the UPSC CSE 2025 topper?

The Union Public Service Commission has announced the Civil Services Examination 2025 final results, recommending 958 candidates for the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other central services. Anuj Agnihotri from Rawatbhata in Rajasthan secured Rank 1. A medical graduate from AIIMS Jodhpur, he began civil services preparation after completing his internship in 2023.
