Montenegro Debates Sunday Work Ban, Employers Await Constitutional Court Ruling

The Union of Employers in Montenegro expects the Constitutional Court to rule that the ban on Sunday work is unconstitutional, arguing there are no valid analyses proving it harms the economy or tourism. This comes after recent amendments to the Law on Internal Trade were passed.
