Ähtäri Initiates Municipal Merger Negotiations, Invites Neighbors and Seinäjoki

The Finnish city of Ähtäri is preparing to start a municipal division study and has invited eight neighboring municipalities, including Seinäjoki, to unofficial negotiations, though no voluntary partners have yet emerged.
