Ghanaian Foreign Affairs Minister Cancels Official Airport Welcome

Ghana's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has directed the immediate cancellation of a planned welcome ceremony organized by staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ahead of his return to Ghana, stating 'This is not a personal victory'.
