New Sick Leave Control Regulations Implemented for Small Businesses in Poland

New regulations for controlling sick leave (L4) have come into effect in Poland, providing a new tool for small businesses. Employers with up to 20 employees can now independently monitor employee sick leave, enabling quicker responses to suspected abuses.
