SPAK Concludes 'Bankers' Investigation, Charges Former Finance Ministry Employees

Albania's Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has concluded its investigation into the 'Bankers' case, bringing charges against Leonidha Çobo, Ritvan Zoto, Elvira Plaku, and three former Ministry of Finance employees for abuse of duty, theft, and money laundering.
