Japanese Priest Arrested for Health Insurance Fraud
A 55-year-old Buddhist priest in Japan has been arrested on suspicion of fraud for allegedly using a found health insurance card to impersonate its owner and receive medical treatment illegally about 115 times over nearly two years.
