Montenegrin Prime Minister Spajić Announces EBRD Tender for Bypass Road

Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajić announced that the EBRD will issue a tender for a bypass road in April, also stating that Montenegro is on the verge of a historic agreement with the USA.
