Italian Court Grants Widow's Pension Rights to Same-Sex Couples Married Abroad
Italy's Constitutional Court ruled that the right to a widow's pension applies to same-sex couples who married abroad. While civil partnerships have been legal in Italy since 2016, same-sex marriage is not.
