Japan's MEXT Releases Video on SNS Usage Precautions for Schools

Following incidents of school violence posted on social media, Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) has released a video outlining precautions for SNS use, encouraging its use in classes and at home.
