Bosnian House of Peoples Adopts Principles of High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council Law

The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted the principles of the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC). This decision was made during a session that also addressed other European laws and the appointment of new judges and prosecutors.
