Berisha Defends Investigative Secrecy, Criticizes Rama and "Shadow PM"

Former Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha defended the investigative secrecy surrounding the "Balluku" file, stating that Democratic Party deputies signed agreements with SPAK to protect witnesses. He also criticized Prime Minister Edi Rama, calling him "politically wounded," and accused "Lubia" of being a "shadow prime minister."
