A Ljubljana resident, accused of concealing his mother's body for eight years to collect her pension and disability benefits, did not enter a plea at the start of his trial in the District Court in Ljubljana.

Ljubljančan, ki naj bi osem let v stanovanju skrival truplo matere, da je lahko z njenega bančnega računa dvigoval pokojnino in invalidnino, se ob začetku glavne obravnave na Okrožnim sodiščem v Ljubljani ni zagovarjal. Skrunitev trupla matere in obtožbe o goljufiji je na predobravnavnem naroku leta 2023 zanikal.
