CTD Investigates Karachi Rangers Attack, Suspect Alleges Afghanistan-Based Group

Pakistan's Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has opened five fronts in its investigation into a Rangers attack in Karachi. An arrested terrorist has alleged that an Afghanistan-based banned outfit planned the assault with assistance from local facilitators.
