
LVMH Sells Marc Jacobs to WHP Global
Luxury conglomerate LVMH has announced the sale of its fashion brand Marc Jacobs to WHP Global. WHP Global, which also owns brands like rag&bone and G-Star, will form a joint venture with G-III Apparel for the Marc Jacobs brand.
