Doctor Avoids Penalty for Misusing 'On-Duty' Sign in Vienna Parking Dispute

A general practitioner in Vienna has twice avoided penalties for parking without a permit and without urgent need, misusing an 'on-duty doctor' sign. The Vienna Administrative Court must now rule on the case for a third time.
