ICE Arrests Intelligence Chief Accused of Coup Plot in Brazil
Alexandre Ramagem, an intelligence chief who allegedly plotted a coup with Bolsonaro against Brazil's new prime minister, was arrested by ICE. He was sentenced to 16 years in prison last fall, pleaded innocent, and then escaped.
