Milan stock market suffers more major losses
(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 3 - After closing down 1.97% on Monday amid the financial turmoil triggered by war in the Middle East, the Milan stock exchange suffered more major losses in early trading on Tuesday, with the FTSE Mib index shedding 2%. Finance stocks were the hardest hit again, with Unipol (-4%), Prysmian and A2a (-3.6%), Generali (-3.4%), Mediobanca (3.7%), Unicredit (-3.3%) Popolare Sondrio (-3.2%), Bper (-3%), Banco Bpm (-3.1%), Mps (-3%) among the biggest losers.
