Man Arrested Again for Cigarette Smuggling in Lithuania
A man from Vilnius was arrested in Kaunas district for smuggling 6,000 packs of Belarusian cigarettes. This is the second time he has been caught with a similar amount of illegal tobacco in less than three months.
