Attempt to Remove War Criminal Mural in Mostar Prevented by Citizens

An attempt to remove a mural dedicated to war criminal Slobodan Praljak in Mostar's Ortiješ neighborhood was thwarted by citizens who gathered and prevented its completion. An investigation into the incident and accountability are being sought.
