Military Transport Plane Crashes in Southern Colombia, Over 100 Onboard

A military transport plane carrying over 100 soldiers crashed shortly after takeoff in southern Colombia. At least one person was confirmed dead and 77 injured, while 48 people have been rescued from the wreckage.
