Accused Arrested in Rape and Murder of IRS Officer's Daughter
A 19-year-old accused has been arrested in connection with the rape and murder of an IRS officer's daughter in Delhi, and is also linked to another rape in Alwar. Police reported that the accused stole Rs 2.5 lakh after the Delhi incident.
