Student Loses Savings Due to Broken Scholarship Promises by Finnish University Agents
Teena Abraham reportedly lost all her savings after education agents for the Finnish higher education institution Arcada allegedly broke promises of thousands of euros in scholarships, for which Arcada has now apologized.
