Ghana's NDC Criticized Over Sole-Sourced Contracts and 'Reset' Agenda

Manhyia South MP Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah has criticized Ghana's National Democratic Congress (NDC) for its handling of sole-sourced contracts and for failing to deliver meaningful change despite its 'reset' agenda, claiming 90% of contracts from 2012-2016 were sole-sourced.
