Montenegro Constitutional Court Rules on Public Interest and Acquired Rights

Montenegro's Constitutional Court has ruled that the existence of public interest cannot be proven by simple means, finding that a 2018 law establishing a new legal regime for already acquired rights was unconstitutional.
