McKesson, UGI Announce Fiscal Forecasts and Strategic Separations

McKesson has anticipated fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS of $43.80-$44.60 while advancing its Medical-Surgical separation. Separately, UGI forecasts $2.75-$2.90 fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS and is moving forward with a $470 million electric divestiture.
