Drunk Driver Released by Judge Despite Police Request for Imprisonment
A 42-year-old repeat traffic offender was caught driving with 2.37 permille alcohol near Križevci, Croatia. Despite police requesting imprisonment and a driving ban, the judge released him pending a decision on the penalty.
