Pakistan FM Dar welcomes 'substantial progress' in US-Iran negotiations

Pakistan's Foreign Minister Dar has welcomed 'substantial progress' in negotiations between the US and Iran. A Foreign Office team will continue technical-level talks in Switzerland for the remainder of the week.
