Serbian State Allegedly Pays €3 Million for Illegal Hotel Construction in Belgrade
The Serbian state has reportedly paid two tranches of subsidies totaling 1.88 million euros to Davor Macura, the majority owner of Procoopac, who is carrying out unauthorized construction work on the Hotel Union in central Belgrade, with a remaining payment of 1.12 million euros.
