Court Rules Denial of Phone Calls to Signa Founder Benko in Pre-Trial Detention Was Unlawful

A court has ruled that it was unlawful for Signa founder René Benko to be denied phone contact with his wife while in pre-trial detention, a decision made by the WKStA and the Regional Criminal Court.
