Ilir Selmanaj Released to House Arrest in Santiago Malko Murder Case
Ilir Selmanaj, accused as one of the perpetrators in the murder of former police officer Santiago Malko, has been released from prison and placed under house arrest. The GJKKO Appeals Court replaced his security measure, and he is expected to leave Peqin prison under strict security.
