Montenegro Recalls Diplomat from Moscow Embassy for Consultations

Montenegro's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called a diplomat from its Embassy in Moscow for consultations. The Ministry had previously distanced itself from the diplomat's statements in May of last year, stating they did not reflect Montenegro's foreign policy orientation.
