Attorney Alleges Kracht Investigation Aimed to Find Crime at Any Cost

Following the Tallinn Circuit Court's decision to clear Kersti Kracht, her attorney Oliver Nääs stated that the prosecution ignored exculpatory evidence and was determined to find a crime where none existed. The Prosecutor's Office still has the option to appeal the case to the Supreme Court.
