Qatar's Foreign Minister States Regional Countries Not Iran's Enemy, Cites Mediation Challenges

Qatar's foreign minister, Mohammed bin Abdulaziz al-Khulaifi, stated that regional countries are not enemies of Iran and that Qatar and Oman cannot act as mediators while under attack.
