Folkeavstemningen om ny storkommune på Toten, viser at innbyggerne i de tre kommunene sier nei. Nå skal de tre kommunestyrene ta en endelig avgjørelse. Innbyggerne i Gjøvik, Vestre Toten og Østre Toten har siden onsdag i forrige uke hatt muligheten til å avgi sin stemme i den rådgivende folkeavstemningen.
