Japan's LDP Proposes Allowing Transfer of Lethal Defense Equipment

Japan's Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) security research commission is set to propose allowing the transfer of lethal defense equipment overseas, with the proposal expected to be submitted to the government in early March after internal party procedures.
