Finnish Supreme Administrative Court Rules Wolt Couriers are Employees
Finland's Supreme Administrative Court (KHO) has rejected Wolt's application, ruling that its couriers are in an employment relationship. Wolt believes courier work can be done under both employment and entrepreneurial contracts and hopes for new legislation by year-end.
