Icelandic Police Lacked Expertise for Major Infrastructure Projects, Audit Finds

The Icelandic National Audit Office reported that the National Commissioner of the Police lacked the necessary expertise and capacity to manage extensive and complex infrastructure projects mandated by laws protecting critical infrastructure on the Reykjanes Peninsula.
