BiH Constitutional Court Upholds Schmidt’s Criminal Code Amendments

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has ruled that amendments to the Criminal Code introduced by High Representative Christian Schmidt are constitutional, in a case related to a request by Republika Srpska deputies.
