French Parliament Nears Adoption of New Caledonia Electoral Reform
The French National Assembly and Senate are reportedly close to quickly adopting a text aimed at partially unfreezing New Caledonia's electoral roll. This follows the failure of a previous constitutional bill in April and is intended for provincial elections on June 28.
