Budva Municipal Police Call Urban Planning Inspection Over Illegal Construction
Restaurateur Jovica Samardžić filed a complaint with the Budva Municipal Inspection and state prosecutor last week, alleging that a house on the Rafailovići coastline, largely owned by him, was illegally built without his consent or a construction permit.
