Swiss Neighborhood Evacuated Due to Hazardous Substance Disposal

An entire neighborhood in Switzerland was evacuated on Sunday after the ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) had to dispose of a self-igniting, explosive, and highly toxic substance from the 1990s. Police were involved in waking and evacuating residents.
