Affidea Acquires Cintramédica Clinics in Portugal
Albimed, a subsidiary of the Affidea group which operates over 20 medical clinics and is present in four hospital units in Portugal, has acquired Cintramédica clinics. The competition authority was informed of the operation on June 29.
