Otsuchi Forest Fire Largely Under Control After Rain

A forest fire in Otsuchi Town, Iwate Prefecture, Japan, is largely under control on its seventh day after rain weakened the blaze. Over 1,000 personnel, including the Self-Defense Forces, continue firefighting efforts.
