608 Cagayan Valley villages on alert for flood, landslides

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela- The Mines and Geosciences Bureau in Cagayan Valley has been monitoring 608 “landslide-threatened and flood-prone barangays” due to the 100-millimeter rainfall dumped by Tropical Depression Luis on Monday and the next three days.
