Indian MHA Directs NCR Cities to Appoint Nodal Officers to Tackle Racism Against Northeasterners

India's Ministry of Home Affairs has instructed cities in the National Capital Region (NCR) to appoint nodal officers to address and tackle racism faced by people from the Northeast region.
