Mayo High School senior will fly to South Africa to swim, ride and run in Ironman race

Mar. 17—ROCHESTER — Adam Berg loves to go the distance. In April, he'll go nearly 11,000 miles, flying from Rochester — with connecting flights from Chicago to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to Johannesburg, South Africa — to Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth), South Africa.
